Focus

Business Model

  • Product
New Chapter Enterprises LLC will focus on generating revenue through real estate acquisition, rehabilitation, and rental property revitalization. While our Primary focus will be properties located in the Dayton Area. We also plan to acquire properties out of state as well.
  • Properties
Our target properties will be Tax delinquent properties, foreclosures, both multifamily dwellings and single-family homes. Revenue will be generated from the sale and rental of those properties. We will target properties with higher comps that require minimal repairs with the goal of turning higher returns on investments. Money Earned will be reinvested mostly in lower cost tax deeds and tax liens to repeat the cycle for higher returns. Other investments will target multifamily apartments housing acquisition to enhance residual cash flow.

Vision

Our Vision is to work with residents to help them see our vision for the community. Those from the community can remember what it once was. Our first acquisition was from landlord who could not afford to renovate his property. We were able to explain our plans for the property and what purpose it would serve in the community. Our families need these homes to raise their children for a prosperous future for our community. When you focus on the people first, we all succeed.
