Problem

West Dayton and Trotwood

These are underserved communities that have a need for revitalization. There are few Resources in these communities, but they remain heavily populated. We at New Chapter believe that residents in these areas desire more revitalized housing options. Realtors tend to avoid this communities designating these areas as warzones. These areas are not warzones. These attitudes coupled with property damage from the tornadoes in 2019, the housing is extremely limited within the area. The people who live there go to work every day and provide for their families just like the other communities across the City of Dayton. Having grown up in these areas we understand the difficulties facing these communities and do not believe those difficulties to be insurmountable. With the revitalization of homes in these areas new businesses will begin to thrive here again.

Solution

New Chapter Enterprises LLC will focus on generating revenue through real estate acquisition, rehabilitation, and rental property revitalization. Our Primary focus will be properties located in the West Dayton Area. With Jefferson Township already being the new home of the Montgomery Fair Grounds other businesses will begin to see the potential in the Area another part of that vision is the homes. It is not enough to raise the price of homes here, but we must also increase the earnings of the people living here as to not drive them out. This means new business and places to work. While this is our short-term goal, our long-term goal is to work with the community as a whole to improve schools, add grocery stores, and provide better social services to comprehensive improve the standard of living for residents in these areas.

Customers

Our Target customers are consumers looking to update their standard of living with newly renovated open floor plan designs. We will market to households earning anywhere from 50k to 150k annually. The people that live in these areas deserve an improved style of living.
